For the past two years, I have attended summer school at Salt Lake Community College and I'm happy to say that I have earned the right to be a New Century Scholar. For my star event this year I held a three-hour, free activity on February 13th. Eighty kids came to Bingham High School to learn all about the FACS program and what it had to offer. While there they frosted cookies, designed their own dream home, stuffed dolls for Primary Children's, made Valentines for Meals on wheels, and much more! The relay race was a big hit and it is pictured here as well as the pile of valentines and the completed dolls.
