To earn my Gold Award, I devoted over 100 hours to teaching a 2-week dance camp and preparing a recital for about 50 kids in our community who have not had the opportunity to dance.

I was a coach for a flag football team based out of Marv Jensen. My mom and I did it together and it was a real stretch for me. I love working with kids, but I just didn't know that much about flag football. Fortunately, the kids were awesome and they didn't care! A couple of them pledged their eternal love for me.
